Production Stages
CAD / CAM Studies
Extrusion Die producer, we have been following the constantly rising technological developments for years. Thanks to this technology, we continue to improve our production methods, efficiency, quality and service. Our Extrusion dies are completely designed by our CAM experts with CNC technology.
CNC Machining
The OMEKS FAMILY never compromises to support its claim in production quality. It works with the awareness that the actual shaping phase is based on much more sensitive touches and activates the CNC machining center in this sense. It knows very well how to make products designed with CAD/CAM programming, fully computer-controlled precision processing ability, and the latest technology.
Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is the factor that makes the Steel Durable. That's why, as OMEKS FAMILY, we work with professional companies. A suitable and correct heat treatment increases the performance of the tool steel and therefore the Die. Quality heat treatment is not just meeting the desired hardness.
Grinding

Arc Erection
As in the grinding process, the OMEKS FAMILY also prefers the Arc Erection process as a part of its production for the perfect Die experience when it deems necessary. Our team, believing that the details directly affect the result, in the process that starts with the perfect design, carries out the necessary procedures gracefully in our Arc Erection center. Our production largely respects the importance of microns.
Correction & Control
Final checks are always important. It makes the measurement accuracy suitable during Die adjusting. When deemed necessary, our expert technicians perform the final inspection of the leveling section with the necessary equipment.
